How To Make A Chicken Pizza Recipe In Urdu

"Chickens are the blessings of God, halal for Muslims and halal for us" - this is one of the famous quotes of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. And in Urdu, it is written as: Chikniladdulamisbehnkahenna. According to most popular Urdu cooking recipes, the best part of a chicken pizza is the sauce which is prepared on the crust. Most Urdu restaurants that serve chicken pizza recipes have a special sauce that is made with onions, garlic, tomatoes, spices, butter, tomato paste, herbs like basil, parsley and the fresh cut lemon. The recipe, which is mentioned above is not only a favorite of Urdu lovers but also among the non Turks too.

In fact the chicken pizza or chicken bouillon has now become one of the favorite dishes of any restaurant or even in the home kitchen. The main ingredients of this delicious recipe include chicken, onions, spices, tomatoes, butter and seasoning. However, there are some important rules that must be followed while preparing this meal. First of all, make sure that you have to use low fat milk or yogurt along with the sauce. This will help to maintain the balance in your diet while still enjoying the flavor of this traditional dish.

Secondly, you can choose the sauce that you would like to use for your chicken pizza. There are many varieties available in the market today like garlic sauce, black garlic sauce, Mexican style chili sauce, Greek yogurt, Italian tomato sauce, red or green sauces, pesto sauce and the like. All these have their own special ingredient and use in different ways. So try to determine what kind of chicken pizza sauce you would like to use.

The second rule of preparing this chicken pizza recipe in Urdu is to use medium-sized pieces of dough. Also remember not to use the flour while preparing this dish. If you want a crispy golden crust on your pizza, then use the flour while making the dough. The flour will help in achieving a crunchy crust.

The third rule of this recipe is to cook the meat on one side while keeping the other side uncooked. You can bake this pizza crust in the oven for about 250 degrees or until the internal juices of the chicken disappears. If you want to add the sauce to this pizza then just place it on the crust after it's been cooked and allow it to mix well with the baked bread. Make sure that you use olive oil during cooking. It's because olive oil helps in retaining the flavors of the chicken meat when baking the pizza.

Fourthly, you should take a piece of ginger and rub it on the cooked meat. You can do this by using the pepper. This will give you the perfect taste of this chicken pizza. The other way is to use mustard or honey. These two are also used in Pakistan to make chicken pizza.

Fifthly, you should mix one tablespoon of tomato paste with the tomato juice. This mixture will make the sauce taste delicious. Just pour this sauce on the crust and let it stick on it like a permanent glue. This will make the crust really good.

Lastly, you can make this delicious recipe of chicken pizza more tasty by adding some spinach and cauliflower on it. You can find them in the market easily. You can also add some lettuce, tomato and red onion on the top of the pizza. Just make sure that you leave all the meat and sauce out of this recipe. You can serve this pizza as a starter dish when you are having some family meal.
